Coral Avenue Magazine & PR reviews submissions for Fashion Editorials, Fitness/Sport photoshoots, Artwork photos  ( paintings, drawings ), Poetry articles, Movie set photos, Wedding modeling sessions, Fashion shows / Fashion weeks photos, Canine fashion editorials/Dog models, Lifestyle/Society and Business theme.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Applications/photos that are accepted after submission for NYC billboard and Los Angeles billboards can  also be published in the print on demand edition of Coral Avenue  per editor's choice.

Once the applications/photos are accepted from submissions, it grants us the permission to use your work in any of our publications, websites, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation of Coral Avenue Magazine. 

If your submission is selected and accepted  for publishing, you will be notified before publication. If you want to remove your photos/work after the print publication  is already released, there will be a cancellation fee as we will have to redo the magazine completely. Therefore make sure this is your final decision to submit.  

By submitting your work you agree to these terms and conditions.

Coral Avenue Magazine and PR  owns the intellectual property rights for all the material on  Coral Avenue.  You may access this from Coral Avenue  for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. 

Coral Avenue retains the right to all designed materials on Coral Avenue and has full control over the production made by Coral Avenue Magazine & PR. 

All information provided by us, such as articles, photos, logos, videos and other digital information is owned by Coral Avenue Magazine and PR.

By submitting your work to Coral Avenue  Magazine and PR , you grant us the right to publish your material. 

The magazine can accept or reject the submission.

If Coral Avenue  accepts your submission, we reserve the right to publish all or some of your photos or artwork.

You must be the copyright holder of the images being submitted or have a permission  from copyright holder. 

DISCLAIMER: You agree to indemnify us  from any liability, damages, and fees whatsoever, arising from our use of the material you submitted and you accept full responsibility for your actions (e.g. If you submit content which you do not own).

We will not be held accountable for any breach of any rights of publicity/likeness,  due to the publication of material you have submitted to  Coral Avenue Magazine magazine. We do not remove sets once they have been published without cancellations fees. If  you submit content to us, you accept full responsibility for any claims or liability, damages, and fees, associated with the publication.

Guidelines: between 4 and 20 pictures. Minimum 3 different looks for fashion editorial. Between 2 and 10 photos for Artwork ( paintings, drawings).

Up to 2 pages for Poetry work ( Word or PDF). All the team credits with full name, instagram or website/agency.
JPG format: Portrait: 8.5 × 11 in, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 px), Landscape: 17 × 11 in, 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 px) - high resolution

List the credits clearly and concisely. 

You can send your submissions for review via Dropbox, We Transfer or Google Drive link to:  coral.avenuemagazine@gmail.com or use the form to attach up to 20 images.

Please DO NOT send: images of poor light work / blurry images; overly-photoshopped / highly edited images; images containing watermarks; unprofessional images; images containing alcoholic beverages/smoking; If there is any fur in the clothing showing in images submitted it has to be faux fur, no real fur clothing images will be accepted.

If your content will be published you will hear back within 10 days. 

Link to the print or digital version of the magazine will be sent along with tear-sheets which are usually sent in 30 days. 

We send tear-sheets for free. We do not send the whole print magazine for free.

If your tear-sheets were not sent after 30 days  you can reach out and ask for it. 

Be aware that there are individuals who may want to impersonate representatives of Coral Avenue Magazine. If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be a representative of Coral Avenue Magazine, please do not respond without first verifying their identity by emailing to Coral Avenue Magazine or using the contact form on Coral Avenue Magazine website.
